As you can see we have been or are going to be busy Little Bees.

Hello it has been a while since we have been on here. But we have been so very busy and working hard.  For 3 weeks we have had a student teacher in our class, His name was Mr. Thorstensen. We thought he was really cool because he plays rugby.  Mr. T was lots of fun.

PrEP is finally finished and our market day was a huge success.  We all sold all of our products and we made lots of Vandohs.  The Squish balls made the most profit of 791 Vandohs.

PrEP with Room 10
This term we are doing PrEP, PrEP stands for 'Primary Enterprise program'.
In Room 10 we have six businesses which all have a C.E.O (Cheif  Executive Officer). The C.E.O looks after the groups, bank books ,and pays out the wages to their workers.
Our class banker is James Arscott. He looks after ALL our vandohs. Vandohs are our FAKE money. James was voted by our class to be the banker because he is good at maths and a reliable person.

The names of our six buisnesses are  Rockpainters (painted rocks), One step ahead (Stilts), Silly finger puppets (Finger puppets), Squishys (Squish balls), Silly Dough, and Box Cars.

In week 7 we will be having a market day. this is where all the businesses throughout the whole school will sell their products.  We are very excited about spending our hard earned money.
Stayed tuned for our next post where we will show you some of our products.

Well today we had lots of visitors at our school, and we were lucky enough to have them come into Room-10 and have a look at us using the Interwrite Pad.  We were even more luckier to have Miss Dobson's Uncle come too.  He is the DP at Brightwater school in Nelson.  He was lots of fun and we all called him Dobbie.  Below is a photo of Dobbie when he was having xmas at Miss Dobson's

This was such a fun day. There were lots of tumbles, but still lots of smiles.  By the end of the day we were all skating well and ready for the winter olympics.
We are well into term 3 now, and our musical 'The Toymakers Story' is coming along just fine.  We can't wait until week 9 so we can perform it to our friends and family.
